*The prices are valid for rent of a minimum of 7 days. In the event of a shorter period of rent 25 % is added to the price. Changeover days are Saturday, check in is at 5.00 pm, check out at 10.00 am.
Basic services (included in the price):
- use of all facilities – outdoor pool (11 x 5.5 m), sauna, sports fields, etc.
- water, electricity, gas, regardless of the season
- bed linen – changed weekly, more frequently if required
- daily change of towels
- soap, shampoo, shower gel
- use of the washing machine, iron
- residence tax
- daily housekeeping
- final cleaning
Additional services (charged separately):
- transfers from the ferry port and back,
- shopping and delivery to the facility
- food
- damage deposit 800 € in cash
- VTA 13%
- city tax 7kn
To reserve your accommodation at the Palace we kindly ask you to send your request by email or fax. We will reply to your request within 24 hours.

After we confirm your reservations we will forward an invoice for a 30 % advance payment; we kindly ask you to pay it within a period of 8 days to guarantee your reservation, and forward to us the bank confirmation of your payment, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. We kindly ask you to pay the outstanding amount of the invoice at the latest 60 days before arrival. Each time we will issue you with written confirmation of your payment.
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your stay, we will return the advance payment. If you cancel your reservation 60 days or less before your stay, we will not be able to refund your advance payment or any other amounts paid.
Upon payment of the entire amount we will forward all necessary documentation for your accommodation, including detailed instructions on how to reach us.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to prevent the loss which could eventuate in the event of cancellation of your reservation. In the event that your desire to cancel your reservation and switch it to another time period, we will do our best to accommodate you. Insofar as you would like to transfer your reservation to someone else, we may accept it under the same conditions provided for you, with the discretionary right to know who our new guests are. We kindly ask that all your requirements in relation to reservations always be in written form.
At the time of confirmation of your reservation and payment of the first amount for accommodation, you expressly confirm that you are acquainted with the general terms and conditions, and that you are in acceptance thereof.
